Avermann SP12 Static Compactor

Avermann produce Static Compactors in a wide range of sizes and configurations. We recommend the SP12, which has a charge box size of 1 cubic metre and a cycle time of an amazing 34 seconds.

The SP12 is a pre-chamber press which means that it can be used to fill containers from 8 cubic metres all the way up to 32 cubic metres. These machines are typically fed either by conveyor or bin lift via a hopper, from inside a building, with the Compactor and containers installed on the outside.

A range of optional equipment is available to configure the Compactor to your requirements including: the use of transport containers up to a net capacity of 32 m³, individual building connections, safety feeding chute and maintenance door, transversal shifting unit for a quick container change, automatically or manually operated, hydraulic container connection and locking device.
