The Balex 50 mill size baler is a heavy duty machine, equipped with cross cylinders for stable compression. It’s a compact machine and because it has a low overall height, it is very easy to locate in most environments.
Overall, it's an excellent choice for a wide range of uses, especially for baling cardboard. It has a spacious chamber, and can be seen from the video, it deals with compacting large cardboard boxes with ease.
When the bale is ready to be ejected, the bale full light switches on automatically.
Bale ejection, a two handed operation, is straightforward and the bale fits comfortably on a EUR pallet.
The operator’s time is saved thanks to the fast cycle time. The Balex 50 has clear user pictogram instructions on the front panel for ease of operator usage and the key operated stop switch is supplied as standard.
Europress Balex-50 is a robust vertical baler and with its 50 tons compression force, it produces very dense mill size bales, typically weighing over 500 kg. Despite the highly powerful compression and fast cycle time of just 28 seconds, Balex-50 has one of the lowest operating noise level in its class: 59 dBA.
The Balex-50 is suitable for baling various types of materials including cardboard and plastics. Two separate programs for different materials ensure optimal use. Balex-50 features additional folding material retaining claws as standard. The Balex 50 can be supplied with 4.5 mm steel wires and a wire holder if required.
Balex utilizes a smart-central that has been tested in Europress’s range of compactors for a number of years, with a second generation version of this technology specifically for Balex now in use.
All the best functionality of the original smart technology design has been improved, with lots more additional functions added that have been specifically designed for balers. These improve safety, ease of use and durability of the machine.
Intelligent SMART technology contributes to more cost-efficient and safe operation. Device settings can be individually adjusted to best meet various waste management requirements. The balers monitor their usage and adapt to anomalies in order to protect both the operator and the components.
