The Balex 30 baler is a heavy duty machine, equipped with cross cylinders for stable compression. It has a compact, low overall height, making it very easy to locate in most environments.
It has a spacious chamber, even compacting large boxes with ease and with a large feed opening, loading is easy. It has a heavy-duty discharge door closure with electronic sensors and two-handed bale ejection system ensure safe usage. The Balex 30 has clear user pictogram instructions on the front panel for ease of operator usage and the key operated stop switch is supplied as standard.
The strap box is conveniently located at the front of the baler, which makes it easy and less time consuming to change the strap. Alternatively, wire can be used on this machine if preferred.
The dual-mode function optimizes compression set up for different materials ensuring that it's easy to switch between baling cardboard and plastic for example. With its 30 tons compression force, it produces very dense bales weighing up to 320 kg. Due to its compact cross cylinder design, the baler is easy to place in any working environment.
When the bale is ready to be ejected, the bale full light switches on automatically. Bale ejection, a two handed operation, is straightforward and the bale fits comfortably on a EUR pallet. The operator’s time is saved thanks to the fast cycle time of just 34 seconds. Overall, its an excellent choice for a wide range of uses.
Balex utilizes a smart-central that has been tested in Europress’s range of compactors for a number of years, with a second generation version for Balex now in use.
All the best functionality of the original technology design has been improved, with lots more additional functions added that have been specifically designed for balers. These improve safety, ease of use and durability of the machine.
Intelligent SMART technology contributes to a more cost-efficient and safe operation of the baler. Adjustments can be made to device settings to best meet various waste management requirements. The balers monitor their usage and adapt to anomalies in order to protect both the operator and the components.
