As well as supplying brand new equipment, Kenburn also have their own dedicated workshop. This workshop is where we re-furbish our waste compactors and baling machines.
The attention to detail that our engineers adhere to, enable our re-furbished machines to look like new and, like brand new. All of our re-furbished machines come with a 12 month parts and labour warranty.
A Successful Refurbished Horizontal Baler Installation at Bristol Waste
A recent installation at Bristol Waste involved a fully re-furbished semi-automatic horizontal baling machine for cardboard.
Not the easiest of jobs for our in-house engineers. Mainly because the 5-tone baling machine needed to be moved 40 metres from the drop off point.
The job went smoothly, and our customer was delighted. Not only were they pleased with the skill of the Kenburn engineers, but also with the performance of the baling machine.
The hand fed horizontal baler with a large Kenburn fabricated feed hopper is now producing 3 bales per hour averaging 500kg per bale (12 tonnes per day). This is a massive improvement for Bristol Waste.
