Waste Compactor Bin Lift

Compactor bin lifts are an ideal solution for easy loading of the machine and our range of Bergmann compactors can be supplied with an integrated bin lift if required when the compactor is being manufactured.  Alternatively, the Bergmann external  Bin Lift is ideal for safe and quick emptying of smaller bins into large open containers / skips and compactors.
The bin lift is particularly useful in situations where waste is produced in a number of locations and collected in standard bins, ready to be compacted in a central location.  A two handed operation ensures that the device is operated safely.

The standard option empties 660 and 1100 l bins to DIN standard including cover lid opener (EDV Code 862) with a lifting capacity of approximately 800kg.  Optionally, the bin lift can be fitted with comb lift tipping (EDV Code 864) for 800, 600, 350, 240, 120 & 80 l bins.

Bin lift operation

• The Bergmann Bin Lift is connected to an existing electrical connection
• The waste bin, with up to 1,100-liter volume is pushed into the pick-up device
• The container is lifted hydraulically
• The integrated optional lid opener restrains the swinging lid and ensures complete emptying
