Karen has long since wanted to climb a mountain and on a sunny autumnal day, had the opportunity to climb Ben Nevis!
Pictured here at the summit, Karen commented ‘A team of 34 people set out to climb ‘The Ben’ as locally known. At 4,409 ft above sea level we were lucky enough to have had a warm and sunny climb and even got ‘nearly clear’ view at the top.’
She added ‘After a quick refuel, we were ready for our descent. It was a long and arduous day and my hip flexors were incredibly pleased to reach the bottom.’
When she’s not indulging in her taste for adventure, Karen helps customers identify suitable maintenance and support agreements for their waste handling equipment, both for new or existing machinery.
Additionally, Karen works closely with our engineering manager Ian to help provide customers with estimates and options for remedian work and breakdown repairs.
