Baling strap or twine is ideal for use on small and medium-sized balers. Baling strap costs less and is more flexible than wire although it is not as strong. However, it can withstand greater shocks should your bales be thrown about. Polypropylene strapping provides economical, high performance strapping for light, medium and some heavy duty use in a variety of applications.

We also supply 4-ply twine in 180m lengths, which is ideal for use with small Balers.

Small Balers typically use either 9mm strap, or 4-ply twine. Medium-to-large size Balers require 13mm or 16mm strap. The Kenburn Balex 30 carpet crusher uses 16mm strap. We recommend either baling wire or heavy duty (19mm) strap for larger, mill-size Balers.
