Heavy Duty Baler with Cross Cylinder Design

The Balex 20 baler is a heavy duty and compact machine.  It’s equipped with cross cylinders that give stable compression and its compact design, with a very low overall height, makes it very easy to locate in small spaces.

It has a spacious chamber area, allowing for the easy compaction of  large boxes. Overall, its an excellent choice for a wide range of uses.

Fast cycle time of just 23 seconds

The Balex 20 has clear user pictogram instructions on the front panel for ease of operator usage and the key operated stop switch is fitted as standard.

The strap box is conveniently located at the front of the baler, which along with the integrated strap cutting blade makes it very easy and quick to both change the strap and tie off the bale.

A fast cycle time of 23 seconds saves the operator time.

Two Year Parts and Labour Warranty

The bale full light switches on when the bale is ready and with a safe, two handed operation, the is bale ejected onto a standard EUR pallet.

Balex utilizes a smart-central system that has been tested in Europress’s range of compactors for a number of years, with a second generation version now in use.

All the best features of the original design have been improved for the Balex baler range, with lots more functions added that have been specifically designed for balers.
