“We recently needed to upgrade our telephone system and decided that we wanted a system that would be managed through the cloud. We now have access to a web portal where we can make any simple changes such as call forwarding, name changes, or do not disturb on all phones and have paired our landline numbers with our mobiles, which ensures that we never miss a call when out of the office and means that we no longer pay to accept an incoming call when out of the country. For a small monthly fee, we’ve also been able to install an app on our mobiles so that when using wifi we can make free of charge UK calls, no matter where we are in the world.
These features have really helped us from a business point of view as we have a lot more control of our phone system. In the event of a disaster it’s also reassuring to know that our phone traffic can be quickly and easily diverted to another location.
We are now paying less than we were before, have a much more flexible system and couldn’t be happier with our decision.
