Kenburn offers baler and compactor maintenance and repair services on all our waste handling equipment.

For the long and trouble-free life of your machine, it is vital that its maintained and serviced regularly and that repairs are dealt with promptly. Kenburn's engineers are based around the country to provide national coverage.

We can repair and maintain any make of baler or compactor - no matter where you bought it

We offer a range of service agreements designed to ensure the best possible performance from your equipment. If you have your own engineers on site and prefer to service your equipment yourselves, please talk to us if you need to buy spare parts for maintenance or repairs. Even if you didn't buy your equipment from us, we should be able to service it for you.

Support and Maintenance Agreements

Included in our standard support and maintenance agreement we will:-

  • Service your machine during routine preventative maintenance visits. Each year we will service the machine the number of times recommended by the manufacturer and will contact you to book the service visit so that you don’t need to remember when the machine was last serviced.
  • Check and document all the safety functions of your equipment.
  • For any breakdowns, absorb the cost of the callout plus the first hour of labour once our engineer is on site. So unlike some of our competitors, you don’t pay for any travel time.
  • Only charge you a reduced rate for any additional labour required.

We don't charge for travel time

We will maintain your equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure correct operation and long life. As well as our standard service agreements we offer a range of tailored or bespoke arrangements to suit every circumstance.

If you’re not covered by a maintenance agreement that includes callouts for breakdowns, you might need to call us out to repair your equipment on a chargeable basis.  We don’t charge for travel time, and with one standard callout fee which includes the first hour of labour on site for the whole of mainland UK, you’ll know what our callout will cost you before you make any commitment.  If we can’t fix the machine there and then, we’ll produce a detailed written estimate of repairs for you and will discuss with you how you would like to proceed from there.
